Prospect Arts is an independent video and music production company with an excellent reputation for producing films in both not-for-profit and commercial sectors. With a broad range of experience in film-making, from documentaries, to music videos, to fundraising and promotional resources for many well-known organisations, we are passionate about communicating through this most dynamic of media. We are based in Tunbridge Wells, on the border of Kent and Sussex, and work for clients in London and the South East, as well as many European countries, USA, Canada, and Korea.

Tim Neeves – Director
Tim founded Prospect in 2003 as a vehicle for his growing freelance business. Now with 70 overseas directing shoots trips under his belt, Tim lives and breathes the adventure spirit that keeps Prospect on its toes. Tim is inspired by “landscape and lines”, hence our evocative name. He loves music and has a Masters in Musical Composition, which has influenced Prospect’s output since he began the company.
Mairi Neeves – Director
Many moons ago Mairi caught the travel bug and she hasn’t managed to shake it off yet. She also loves music, film and literature so Prospect is pretty much her ideal place to work. With a PhD in postcolonial literature and film, Mairi brings intellectual pazzazz to the team. In her spare time she loves to write and perform songs and find people whose passion it is to do her ironing.
Anthony Jarman – Camera / Editor
An all-rounder with exceptional beard-growing skills, Anthony is a great camerman, editor and right-hand man. It’s not hard to get Anthony passionate, especially when he’s shooting with the RED or eating spaghetti carbonara. Favourite travel experience? Filming the illegal brewing in Mathare Valley, Kenya.
Rob Wilson – Editor / Sound Recordist
Locked in the edit suite most of the time, Rob edits at the speed of light, favourite moment at prospect: being chased by elephant bulls in Munnar, India. And he has a sweet-tooth, which we like.
